Škoda has been manufacturing cars for over 100 years, and is still one of the most innovative car manufacturers today.

The brand presents itself as human friendly, bringing smart solutions requiring high quality seamless UX.

Challenge

Identify, prioritize and suggest improvements of UX/UI errors of the skoda-auto.cz website.

Combining use case scenarios with client's data we prepared a set of on-site user tests. Analyzing the gathered data we focused on the user experience from the perspective of usability, accessibility and credibility.
