Škoda has been manufacturing cars for over 100 years, and is still one of the most innovative car manufacturers today.

The brand presents itself as human friendly bringing smart solutions. So it is also important for its digital products to have high quality seamless UX.

Challenge

For websites www.skoda-auto.cz we were asked to specify UX/UI errors, prioritize and suggest improvements

Based on specified use case scenarios using client's data and goals a set of on-site user tests were run. Analyzing the gathered data we focused on user experience from the usability, accessibility and credibility perspective.

As a result, a heuristic evaluation using Jakob Nielsen's methodology was prepared where the client saw where is worth focusing resources to achieve an overall boost in UX of the websites.

Achievements

  • Thanks to analysis Škoda was able to collect the major UX pitfalls and focused operations to fix them.
